We learned about the fact that our daughter lost her hearing in July 2010. We then had a second baby, who was 3 months old, and the daughter - 1 year and 10 months old. This was a huge shock . The equipment was broken in our city, so we went to a survey in Khabarovsk on the same day. They told us that it was time to start learning the sign language. It was not in my head that the daughter would not hear the birds singing, that I could not talk to her. Just the thought horrified.
