We'd like to tell you about another family who contacted the "I Hear the World!" hotline asking for help. They are the Gainanov family from Kazan—mother Irina and her 13-year-old son Imil.
In August their house with Imil's speech processor in it burned down. Left without a processor, the family turned to us for help, and we, in turn, turned to our partners, Azimut Med Group. Thanks to their prompt support, the family received help. Now Imil can hear the world again without any problems!
