Seminar in Ingushetia

On March 19 the masterclass “Family as the foundation of a child’s rehabilitation. Modern aspects of rehabilitation for children with hearing impairments” took place in Ingushetia. 

Today we are in Magas city, Ingushetia. By now we have:

·        Conducted the master class “The Family as the Foundation of a Child’s Rehabilitation”
·        Held consultations and joint reviews for children
·        Engaged in discussions with parents of children with hearing impairments


Representatives of the ministries emphasized the importance of the event for the region and the opportunity to integrate the work of multiple agencies into a single system within a public project.

For the region, the master class served as a model of coordinated work in the child’s rehabilitation ecosystem, where the family is the core, and the St. Petersburg Research Institute of Ear, Nose, Throat and Speech plays a key role in providing surgical treatment and ongoing rehabilitation.

It is especially important for us to unite the efforts of the federal institution, the “Strong Family” project team, regional specialists, and the public organization to achieve the best results in rehabilitation and inclusion for children into the hearing community.
