Doing sports is useful for everyone. Regular workouts help us to be healthy and feel happier, as well as lift the life quality. But most importantly, sport unites people and inspires them to reach new goals!
Your own example is the best powerful motivator!
Yesterday, on August 3, an exciting half-marathon and 10-kilometer run took place in Saint Petersburg. The route led through the city’s historic sites, offering participants breathtaking views of landmarks such as the Kazan Cathedral, Peter and Paul Fortress, Rostral Columns, the Admiralty, and St. Isaac’s Cathedral. The race finished at the same location where it began—the famous Palace Square. Notably, among the participants were representatives from the Saint-Petersburg Research Institute of Ear, Throat, Nose and Speech, including Anna Evgenievna Orekhova, an audiologist, and Anna Andreevna Bannova, a speech therapist. Both work at the Rehabilitation Clinic for patients with hearing and speech impairments on Primorsky Prospekt, 89.
The personal example set by our specialists shows the vital role of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle even for those, whose profession is dedicated to caring for others.
Every participant received a well-deserved medal upon crossing the finish line, symbolizing self-overcoming and striving for excellence.
