The conference hall of the St. Petersburg Research Institute gathered guests on the morning of the 26 December: children in carnival costumes and their parents wearing beautiful outfits. Both those and others are in a good mood, which is confirmed by their views, smiles and kind words. We met the Santa Claus and Snow Maiden who came to the festival and the characters of the fairy tale "The Nutcracker and the Mouse King": Queen Mouse, Masha, the Nutcracker. And, of course, I looked at the New Year's flame of the lion cub Usharik, which made me very happy with the girls and boys. Specialists of the Scientific Research Institute of SPb and rehabilitation program "I hear the world!" have been traditionally holding such holidays for children with CI for many years on the eve of the New Year.

Dima Radzevich (1 year 7 months) dressed as a wolf cub, came to the tree for the first time in his life. However, despite his external severity, the kid was at first a little scared of Santa Claus and even cried.

- But whenSanta Claus spoke to him, the son heard a familiar voice, saw familiar eyes, then recognized Vladislav Evgenievich Kuzovkov (who operated Dima) in the main fairy-tale character of the New Year's feast and calmed down, even rejoiced, - explains Ekaterina Radzevich, the mother of the boy.

Father Frost is most often played by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Otho Surgeon of the ENT Research Institute of St. Petersburg Vladislav Kuzovkov, whom his parents rightfully call "a doctor from God." Fairy-tales are staged every year (Cinderella, Pinocchio, Little Red Riding Hood, Fairy Tale of the Golden Cockerel and others), but they are always adapted for children with CI, as well as the holiday itself.

- This New Year tree in the ENT Research Institute is strikingly different from the usual ones, - notes the mother of the five-year-old Azamat Natalya Yeloyeva. - My son was cochlear implantation a year ago, I bring him here a second time. For the first time he was a little coward, and now he was looking forward to the holiday with impatience. Here, after all, experts who know and take into account the complexity of our children, are able to find an approach to them. They are able to interest them, communicate with them, amuse and delight even the little ones.

- Yes, it is amazing when a child is sitting in the hands of a person who returned hearing to him, but now gives an unforgettable joy of celebration, - adds the grandmother of five-year-old Taisiya Semenova Elena Alekseevna. - We visit the New Year trees every year in the ENT Research Institute, because our granddaughter enjoys it.

Another important feature of any New Year's production in the institute: a fairy tale is always interactive. All children also participate in the performance, as doctors and teachersdo who play the role of magical heroes.

Dima Radzevich at the holiday in the ENT SRI SPb was not the smallest. Egor Mitko from Novosibirsk turned 9 months old. Only in November he was cochlear implant immediately on both ears. Mom dressed her son Snowman and wore the whole idea in her arms.

"But it's not easy for me to keep Yegorushka," Anastasia Mitko admitted. - You see how he pulls with his hands and feet. If I let him go to the floor now, he would surely crawl to the tree. He already needs to get everything, touch, taste.

Another nine-month-old boy in a red cap with a white edging resembled a tiny but very serious dwarf. He did not aspire to run away from Mom's hands, but he carefully watched everything that was happening.

"No, he's dressed in a Santa Claus suit!" - The mother of the baby Anna Timonina has specified. - And his name is Leo, which brings us to the lion cub Usharik. Today's Christmas tree is the first son in her life, but I decided that she needed him. A month and a half ago we were cochlear implantation, while on one ear, but the kid immediately began to perceive noises, knock, hear and react to sounds, he already responds to his name. She loves music very much - that's why such a holiday is just for him!

Many kids up to a year who had not yet learned to walk firmly, having caught the general atmosphere of joy and fun, clearly wanted to start dancing with everyone and drive a dance. Moms and dads, without taking children out of hand, helped them in this.

Son of Darya Akhremenko Mikhail (1 year 8 months) from Khakassia still hesitantly stands on his feet. But with the help of a tireless mother, the inquisitive Misha touched all the toys on the Christmas tree, which he took out. The smile did not disappear from his face.

Miracles happen not only in a fairy tale, but also in life

New Year's performance at the ENT Research Institute of St. Petersburg proved that miracles happen not only in the fairy tale, but also in life: at the tree, a wolf and a hare from the cartoon "Well, wait!" Suddenly met. It turned out that five-year-old Azamat Yeloyev and four-year-old Edik Tonoyan love the same cartoon. Only Azamat likes the hare more, and Edik likes the wolf. The boys laughed heartily at an unexpected meeting.

The presentation was completed by a friendly, noisy joint ball of children, parents and fairy-tale characters.

It has long been known that on a holiday, especially on a New Year's Day, all children are waiting for presents. Santa Claus gave each child, regardless of age, wonderful sweet sets, and the specialists "I hear the world!" Presented the New Year issue of the Usharik magazine.
